Someone once said, “Success in
any endeavor requires a long obedience in the same
direction”. At the heart of my company is an amazing group
of carpenters flanked by the most dedicated subcontractors
you can find. One of the distinctive characteristics of RCB
had been our ability to attract and retain these
relationships, many of which span 10 or more years. I have
never sought the largest volume or lots of fanfare. It is
instead my honor to work with my employees and colleagues on
an increasingly higher level of project commissions from our
clients. It’s a great life.
